How fresh is your coffee when it ships?

Every order is roasted to order and ships within 24 hours of roasting, so it reaches you at peak flavour.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, swap roast, change cadence or cancel anytime from your account, with no fees.

Do you offer ground coffee?

We do. Choose whole bean or tell us your brew method and we will grind to match, from espresso to French press.

How should I store my beans?

Keep them sealed, cool and away from light. Our storage guide covers the details.
