How to make cold brew at home
Cold brew is the easiest big-batch coffee you can make. You steep coarse grounds in cold water for half a day, strain, and keep a smooth, low-acid concentrate in the fridge all week.

The recipe
- Coarsely grind 100 g of coffee.
- Combine with 1 litre of cold water in a jar.
- Steep in the fridge for 14 hours.
- Strain through a filter and dilute the concentrate to taste.
