Our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is the single-origin coffee that started Bean & Bloom. Grown by smallholders in the Gedeo zone and washed at a single station, it is bright, floral and unmistakably Ethiopian.
Expect aromas of jasmine and bergamot, a tea-like body, and a clean citrus finish. We roast it light to keep every bit of that origin character intact. It shines as a pour-over and makes a beautiful, fruity filter cup.
